Here is the strictly running schedule for 2008, there is alot of good running here and I hope to see and run with some of you.
Its still cold out there but the running is going to get hot so please be safe, drink lots of water and avoid those midday runs unless your running inside. Remember just because you drink alot of fluids during your run does not mean your rehydrated in addition to your fluids during your run and after you need to drink 8 glasses of water during the day so always keep an water bottle with you!!!!!!!
